Long story short, not always. We strongly encourage getting trip insurance. All trips can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days from your trip. After that, it becomes a bit more complicated. 

We do not offer custom itineraries at this time, but it is something we are hoping to do in the future. But we can help as much as possible until then!
